Zoom tech support for iphone & ipad users:
Zoom can only be accessed on iphones and ipads via the Zoom app. You can download the Zoom app on the ios App Store.
Zoom tech support for android users:
There are two options for joining a Zoom session with an android device.
1. Via the Zoom App. You can download the Zoom App on your device’s app store.
2. Via your web browser. Check out the video below for a quick demo.
p.s. Don’t forget to return your browser to its original settings afterwards by clicking on the three lines or dots, then select “Mobile Site”.
