There’s nothing wrong with surface-level meditations, but if you want to go deep – really deep – because you’re ready for a personal and creative transformation, listening to someone reading nice words from a script (which is what most guided meditations are) won’t take you where you need to go.

Other healing modalities (like Reiki) use pre-taught techniques, and follow specific protocol. This often takes agency away from the healer, and puts limitations on the extent to which you can heal.

Meet Jo
Hello! I’m Jo Worsfold and I am the author of Equilibrium, the founder of LUMA·NOVA, and I’m the heart, voice and soul behind Stellar Journeys.
As a Healing Channel, I’ve been helping and healing all kinds of women throughout the past 10 years. I’ve witnessed magical, often miraculous, transformations! And those women who experience the greatest transformations of all, are those who – like me – feel a soul deep resonance with words.
You see, I am not just a Healing Channel. I am also a Wordsmith.
I am able to beautifully articulate healings and channellings, and work with the essence of words, in a way that very few other healers can.
This is why, when I combine my natural, unique healing gift with my wonderful way with words, my kindred word-lovers get it.
They get the gold star experience. They get the full depth and breadth of the magic being offered to them. They get the tangible, ethereal journey back to themselves. They get the ultimate liberation.
And, as a result, they find (or strengthen) their voice*.
*and their happiness, their peace of mind, their power, their flow state, and so much more!
Here’s a little bit more about me and my story…
Many years ago, I turned to energy medicine and to living a more spiritual life when my midlife rut and my chronic health issues prompted me to think outside the box.
After many spiritual systems, modalities, practices and beliefs left me feeling flustered, overwhelmed and inferior I began exploring how I could heal myself in my own way. Although these systems were helping intermittently (and some, like Reiki, helped me immensely for a little while), I knew these systems were barely scratching the surface and I wanted more.
So I developed my own approach to energy healing which combines my healing gift with my channelling gifts and my other passion – words and stories.
The rest, as they say, is history.
I found my voice.
And whenever I think I’ve reached the pinnacle of my voice and my self-expression… my frequency elevates, my authenticity deepens, and my voice rings more true with every day that goes by.
I am my most favourite passion project!
I believe there is always more to come – more joy, more laughter, more learning, more creativity, more healing, more stories.
I see life as a most wonderful tapestry – with the spiritual effortlessly woven into the everyday. Some threads have more sparkle, some have a deeper hue, and some are a little frayed, but they all dance together creating a crazy, mystical, joyful life.

- A new Stellar Journey is a) delivered to your inbox each week and b) uploaded in the SJ Tribe portal, within 48 hours of it being channelled and recorded
- The duration of every Stellar Journey is 45 minutes (or sometimes a smidge longer).
- All Stellar Journeys meditation subscriptions can be cancelled any time, via your customer dashboard on LUMA·NOVA’s website.
- Every Stellar Journey is available for your journeying & healing pleasure, until the next one is released the following week.
- The availability of Stellar Journeys is extended beyond the following week during the Christmas / New Year period, while Jo has a break from recording new sessions.
- All Stellar Journeys meditation subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each weekly, monthly or annual billing cycle.
- Stellar Journeys are recorded in Zoom (days and times vary), and everyone in the Tribe is sent a weekly invitation to listen in on the recording of each channelled session.
- In the event of cancelling your Stellar Journeys meditation subscription, access to Stellar Journeys and to the Tribe Substack community is retained until the end of your current billing period.

I express myself in other ways that aren't words specifically, will Stellar Journeys still be good for me?
Absolutely!
We have other creatives and artists in the Stellar Journeys tribe.
Just because you don’t tell your stories or share your message through words explicity (ie perhaps you’re an artist), you are still expressing yourself in your own beautiful, authentic way.
Regardless of the medium or means through which you share your voice, Stellar Journeys can help you.

I have learned that we can always (always!) go deeper into our voice.
The more we grow and learn, the more expansive and magnetic our voice becomes.
We are constantly shifting and changing frequencies as we go through life, and Stellar Journeys are the perfect support for you, as you continue to explore your voice and express yourself.
Am I missing out if I can't listen to the Zoom recording sessions?
Definitely not. In fact, you will get the most benefit from Stellar Journeys if you tune in to each weekly Journey intuitively – rather than trying to force yourself or rush to make it happen.
Each new Stellar Journey is accessible for 7 days for a very deliberate reason: This enables you to tune into each Journey at a day and time that feels right for you. So please don’t try to ‘quickly squeeze in a Journey’ or force yourself to listen in on the Zoom recording, if it means you’ll be watching the clock, or rushing, or both!
Instead, please trust that you’ll experience each weekly Journey at the exact day and time that is right for you within those 7 days. In doing so, you are flexing your intuitive ‘muscles’ and leaning into your natural state of flow – and this is the only way to experience Stellar Journeys.

What tech software / hardware is needed for Stellar Journeys?
Three things are needed: A personal device (phone, tablet, computer), headphones / earbuds, and reliable internet access.
Hot tip: It’s worth putting some time and effort into finding the right pair of headphones or earbuds! It makes a massive difference to the overall experience if they’re comfy (not too tight or loose) on your head, and give you a good, clear sound experience. And this doesn’t necessarily mean big $$$s either – some of the cheaper brands are fantastic. It really comes down to personal preference.
Are all new Stellar Journeys actually new? Or do you re-use old recordings?
Every Stellar Journey is channelled in the week it is released, so you can be assured that what you are receiving is current and relevant.
The only exception to this is when a Stellar Journey becomes available beyond 7 days of it being recorded, which is outlined in the T&Cs (eg in the event of illness, or Christmas periods).
