Hi! I’m Jo Worsfold, the founder of LUMA·NOVA, author of Equilibrium, Spirituality for Everyday People, and the heart and soul behind Stellar Journeys.
For 10 years now, I have been healing, guiding and helping women in midlife step into their most authentic, genuinely happy, soulful, intuitive self.
