Reiki Lineage

Every Reiki Master can trace their lineage or teacher-chart back to the original teacher where their line of training or teachings began. This is referred to as their Reiki lineage and while many Reiki teachers note their lineage publicly, many do not. Any well trained and experienced Reiki Master will provide their Reiki lineage to all of their students, from level 1 right through to Master-Teacher students.

The difference between a Reiki Master-Teacher and a Reiki Practitioner is that the Master has received the appropriate training to be able to attune and teach others. Reiki Practitioners on the other hand, are able to connect with the Universal Life Force Energy through using the Reiki symbols they have been attuned to, for the purpose of providing healing (to themselves or to others).

There are many different origins or branches of Reiki, and my own training traces back to the teachings of Dr Mikao Usui.

While I did teach Reiki Practitioner levels 1 & 2 for a couple of years, my path as a teacher has changed direction and I no longer teach Usui Reiki. I instead help people realise their own potential as an innate or intuitive healer by connecting to energies in and around them using whatever means comes naturally to them.

For those interested, here is my Reiki lineage:
